Rhoback’s customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Can’t talk to a human being. They emailed me that they have no way to call customer back to find out details of my issues. Supposedly, no phones are provided to any of the representatives.
I was trying to add several items to my order on line, but customer service wrote there was no way to do it, and consequently, I would have to pay shipping on each additional item.
