This product arrived with both a crooked emblem and embroidery that is so poorly done. This should have never been sent out to a customer. But I get it - mistakes happen. However, despite multiple attempts to get corrected versions, I have been assured by Rhoback Support that the replacements will look the same. What? How is this not something you can resolve? This product is unacceptable and you should stand by your brand and fix it. We were so looking forward to commemorating our team’s win with clothes from our favorite brand. But I assure you this customer service debacle will keep us from ordering in the future. So disappointing!

The logo application is crooked. I have been trying to get it resolved but customer service response (other than AI) is slow and not helpful thus far. Hopefully we can get this resolved because that’s not the type of product I would expect for a $170 sweatshirt.
