My order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve reached out to Rhoback and I haven’t received a response. The only communication that seemed to correspond with my email message was that they then cancelled one of my the items I ordered. I should have received my package 12 days ago. This is not the first time I’ve had issues connecting with support at this company. My package was shiiped and then stalled, so I’m not sure how one item in the package has been cancelled. Its a very frustrating company to connect with, which is a shame because I like their products and have made many purchases. This is also not the first time Ive had to reach out to customer service with little success!
