We ordered 5 of the “Free Ride” golf shirts. These were for the PGA Hope Northern Ohio Cup. Our team signed up for PGA Hope thru Windmill Lakes Golf in Ravenna Ohio and were asked by their PGA Professional Ann Ciaverrela to represent Windmill Lakes Golf in the PGA Hope Cup. We needed Patriotic Shirts and felt these shirts were perfect for this event and the US Flag on back was a great touch. We received so many compliments as best dressed for the Northern Ohio PGA Cup.

PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) introduces and teaches golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to enhance their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. Led by PGA of America Golf Professionals, the program is inclusive of a developmental 6-8 week curriculum. All programs are provided at no cost to all participating Veterans.

Your products are and continue to be top notch but this review is about your customer service experience. I generally receive my orders in 2-4 days. There was a problem with inventory and after 2 weeks I contacted CS for help. They immediately replied with an answer, not the answer I wanted but it was truthful. They gave me a full refund and also offered a “very generous” discount and expedited overnight delivery on my next order. Needless to say I ordered more shirts immediately. Great job turning a bad experience into a 5 star review. A big shout out to Samantha in your Customer Service group!!!
