    Great product. Zero human beings behind it.

    I want to start by saying I like the product. The shirts are quality and the brand story is compelling enough that I spent $500 in a single order. This review is entirely about what happens when something goes wrong.

    Within minutes of placing my order I realized I'd forgotten to upgrade my shipping — I needed the items for a business trip. I contacted customer service immediately asking a simple question: can I upgrade the shipping or should I cancel and reorder?

    First response: AI-generated. Not helpful.

    Second response: polite, but the answer was essentially — order is fulfilled, standard shipping was selected at checkout, nothing can be done, here's your tracking link, enjoy your purchase.

    The correct answer was a 30-second call to their fulfillment partner and a credit card number from me. Nobody attempted it.

    I then tried to reach the founders directly by email. All three addresses bounced — their own spam filters block legitimate customer feedback from reaching leadership. I sent LinkedIn messages to all three founders. No response. I filled out their "how did we do" customer service survey in detail. No response.

    Then I received an automated email asking me to review the product.

    I run a $150M business. I understand systems, process design, and scale. What's happening at Rhoback isn't a bad employee — it's a completely automated customer experience with no human oversight of the feedback loop. Nobody is reading the surveys. Nobody flagged my account. The…
