The Eagle Stripe

I can’t recommend this item. I wore it once, washed and hung to dry, and there are little faded marks all around the collar. The shirt is unwearable as is, looks like constant dandruff on the collar. We don’t use fabric softener nor any sort of bleach. I own other Rhoback navy polos and have never had such an issue. In fact, I literally own dozens of Rhoback shirts and polos and have never had this happen. I could excuse a one off but Rhoback won’t help. After messaging customer service multiple times I ultimately received an offer of 20% off my defective shirt, or a future purchase. All of that in a copy and paste type of response talking about “alterations” which has nothing to do with my issue. I’d do better off just dealing with AI customer service. Mind you, I’m in the top 1% of Rhoback supporters every year. I’ve been a customer since the early days of the brand. The one time I really need assistance on a shirt I wore once, I get a copy/paste response offering a 20% discount. Slap in the face. Rhoback has changed the fit of their shirts over the last year and a half or so, and many fit awkwardly now. A large tends to be too tight for comfort while an XL tends to be too baggy. Not sure why they needed to make this change but it makes my decision easier to abort the brand given this experience. I’ve spent way too much to support this company to get the response I received.
