I ordered this hoodie the day that it became available. As a big K-State fan, I was very anxious for it's arrival. When the package was delayed, Rhoback was in constant communication with me about when I should expect it. They also offered me a coupon for my next purchase due to the delay. The product itself was amongst the softest materials I've ever felt. The premium stitching of the logo gives it a classy look while still holding the appeal of the sports aspect. I was extremely pleased with my purchase and will no doubt be a returning customer.
