To be fair, description is clear about it being “dark red” — was hoping it would be close enough to maroon but it’s still a bit too light, probably similar to Iowa State red. Not the end of the world but a touch disappointing from my favorite brand that they couldn’t stay true to the team color scheme.

I was hoping the Minnesota color would have been closer to their school color instead of the darker shade of red. Returned.
