I ordered this shirt as a gift for my brothers birthday. After not receiving it in a week I wanted to see where it was. All I could tell from your website was the date it was shipped from Kentucky. When I inquired on it the your supposedly customer service they told me the same information of the shipment date and to “hang tight”. I did eventually get it, it took about a month. It seems like your ads are everywhere but I think you need to invest in customer service with real people and better tracking.
