    The product it self is solid. It fits true to size, and is very comfortable. My only issue was it took over 2 weeks to receive. They did recognize their mistake and gave me a $50 credit towards my next purchase. I saw a product that I wanted, but was currently out of stock. I emailed them asking if or when it would be back in stock, and got an AI generated response from customer service that didn’t address the question I had. I will probably order again, but I’ll keep in mind the longer ship times.
