Awesome! The little aglet at the end of the string of the hoodie fell off on my original order. After reaching out to the customer support staff on this they said they would send me a replacement, but sent a whole new replacement hoodie instead to my surprise. Thanks a bunch for being so helpful and for going above and beyond to help me out with my order. You guys are the best!

United StatesLove the hoodie, but logo has peeled off after just 2 months
I purchased this hoodie for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves the hoodie, but we were both surprised and disappointed to discover that the logo on the shoulder has peeled off after less than 2 months of wear. We expected better quality from a company such as Rhoback.
